Terms of Service

Effective date: 19 July 2026

These terms govern your use of RatingEcho — the restaurant feedback, digital ordering, and loyalty platform — whether as a restaurant owner with an account or as a diner using a restaurant's QR code. By using RatingEcho you agree to these terms.

The service

RatingEcho provides restaurants with QR-based feedback collection, digital menus and table ordering, kitchen and billing tools, loyalty rewards, review-invitation messaging, and AI-assisted features. Diners can use a restaurant's QR code without creating an account.

Subscriptions and payment

Diner content

Ratings and reviews you submit belong to you. By submitting them you give the restaurant and RatingEcho permission to store and display them for the restaurant's business purposes. Optional AI polishing only rewrites your text at your request — you decide what is submitted.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to defraud loyalty programs, no interference with other restaurants' data, no reverse engineering or automated scraping, and no use of the messaging features for spam.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to paying customers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatingEcho's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes between restaurants and their customers.

Termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
